Privacy Policy

Effective: August 22, 2026 · Last updated: August 22, 2026

If you are an employee of a business that uses MetricsPro and you want to know what is held about you, or want it corrected or deleted, contact your employer. They decide what goes into the system and what happens to it. We act on their instructions. See section 9.

1. Who we are

IT Solutions of LI Inc (“we”, “us”, “our”) is the developer and operator of MetricsPro, a business-to-business operations and commission-analytics platform for retail organizations. This policy covers our website and the MetricsPro web and mobile applications (the “Service”).

MetricsPro is not a consumer product. It is used inside businesses, by authorized users, to run their own operations.

2. Our two roles

The law treats these differently, so we separate them:

3. What we collect

On this website

Our marketing website is deliberately plain. It sets no advertising or analytics cookies, runs no third-party trackers, and does not require you to identify yourself. It loads a web font from Google Fonts, and it reads our own published price list from our API. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and diagnostics. See our Cookie Notice.

In the Service, on behalf of our customers

CategoryExamples
Account and identityName, work email, mobile number, role, assigned store or market, authentication records, and access and sign-in logs.
Business operationsSales and activation transactions, commission and payout records, inventory and device records, accounting figures, expenses, and store performance.
WorkforceSchedules, time-clock punches, time-off and shift changes, hours and payroll expense figures, performance and coaching notes, HR onboarding and compliance records.
End customers of our customersName, contact details, and purchase and activation history. We do not collect Social Security numbers or driver's licence details, and hold none — not in full, not in part. The capture fields were removed from the product, the underlying storage was retired and its access functions revoked, and anything previously stored was cleared.
Biometric identifiers (only if enabled)A facial template used to verify identity at the time clock. Off by default. See section 6.
Camera and premises analytics (only if enabled)Video from cameras a customer connects, and derived measures such as foot traffic and dwell patterns. Where a customer separately enables the audio feature and the affected employee has consented, speech is transcribed for coaching analytics — the audio itself is destroyed as soon as it is transcribed, is never written to disk, and never reaches our platform. The audio path is off by default at the platform level.
Device and technicalDevice type, operating system, app version, IP address, and diagnostic logs.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and the Service is not directed to anyone under 18.

4. How we use information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models.

Where a customer enables an AI-assisted feature, the relevant figures are sent to our AI provider to generate that summary and are not used by them to train their models on our customers' data. AI output can be wrong and is intended for human review.

5. Who we share it with

We share information only as needed to run the Service, with providers bound by confidentiality and security obligations. The categories of provider we use, what each does and where it processes data are listed at Service Providers. We give the specific provider names to customers, prospective customers and their advisors on request — we do not publish a confirmed vendor list, because its main use to a stranger is impersonating one of them.

We may also disclose information: to comply with law or valid legal process; to enforce our agreements; to protect the rights, safety and security of our customers, our users, the public or us; and to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy. Where we receive a government or third-party demand for a customer's data, we will notify that customer unless we are legally prohibited.

6. Biometric data

MetricsPro can support facial verification at the time clock. This capability is disabled by default and only operates for a business that deliberately enables it.

Where it is enabled, the employing business is responsible for giving the written notice and obtaining the written release the law requires before any collection, and for adopting a written retention and destruction schedule. Our published schedule — including how long a template is kept and when it is destroyed — is at Biometric Data Policy.

We do not sell, lease, trade or otherwise profit from biometric identifiers, and we do not use them for any purpose other than the verification function the employing business enabled.

7. How long we keep it

We keep Customer Data for as long as the business customer maintains its account, and then for the export window in our Terms, after which we delete or de-identify it — subject to any longer period the law requires or that is needed to resolve a dispute. Security and access logs are kept for 12 months. Biometric templates follow the schedule in the Biometric Data Policy. Our own billing records are kept as tax and corporate law require.

8. Security

We use safeguards appropriate to the data, including encryption in transit, access controls, role-based permissions, tenant separation, restricted credentials, audit logging, and administrative review of privileged access. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting personal information occurs, we will notify affected customers without undue delay and as required by applicable law, and will provide the information they need to meet their own notification duties.

9. Your rights

If you use MetricsPro through your employer, direct requests to access, correct, delete or obtain a copy of your information to your employer's administrator. We will assist our customer in responding, but we will not unilaterally change or delete data in their account.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information is held, to access or receive a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing (we do neither), to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising a right. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Utah and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have these rights under their own statutes; the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA is the most commonly invoked.

To make a request about data we hold as controller, contact us at sales@itsolutionsli.com. We will verify your identity before acting, respond within the period the law allows, and you may appeal a refusal by replying to our decision. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.

Outside the United States. The Service is operated from the United States and information is processed there. If you are in a jurisdiction with data-transfer restrictions, including the EEA or the UK, do not use the Service without first agreeing appropriate transfer terms with us in writing.

10. Email and WhatsApp notifications

Where a user opts in, MetricsPro delivers reports and operational alerts to that user's registered email address and, through the WhatsApp Business Platform, to their registered mobile number. These are business notifications about the recipient's own work. We do not send marketing messages and we do not share recipient phone numbers with third parties for their own marketing. A recipient can opt out at any time by contacting us or their administrator, or by replying to stop messages where that is supported. Messages delivered through WhatsApp are also subject to Meta's terms and privacy practices.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Material changes will be notified to account administrators and reflected in the “Last updated” date above. The current version always governs.
